WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY FOR SHIPMENT?

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be packed.  Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it within 2-5 business days with Australia Post.

For all international orders please allow 7-15 business days.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes, we do! Once you place your order, we will be in touch with you via email or phone to organise a suitable time for collection.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is sent you will receive an email confirmation from our courier with a tracking number. If for some reason you don’t, please contact us at hello@barefootbabyaustralia.com and we will give you the information.

 

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

All our domestic orders are mostly sent with Australia Post. We also work with Fastway when we consider it will be a faster service.

Our international orders are shipped with DHL. Once the parcel arrives in your country, your local courier will take care of the delivery.

 

WHAT SIZE IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR MY LITTLE ONE?

Most of our garments are oversized. We generally recommend to choose your children’s usual size. We can also provide you with quick advice. Just send us an email at hello@barefootbabyaustralia.com with a rough indication on your children’s measurements and we will help you :) 

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IS PLACED?

If your order hasn’t been sent, we can definitely make the changes required.

 

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Barefoot Baby Australia happily accepts returns and exchanges within a 14 day period from the date of receiving your items.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We check all items carefully before we send them off to you, but if something does get past us, return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Barefoot Baby Australia.

Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Barefoot Baby Australia is not responsible for returns that are not received.
